Which styling product is right for my hair?

It comes down to the finish and hold you want:

• Natural, touchable look: Defining Creme (flexible hold) or Curl Cream (light hold, for curls and waves).
• Matte with texture: Grooming Clay (medium hold, great for fine or thinning hair), Texturising Paste (medium) or Sculpting Putty (strong).
• Classic shine: Ultimate Pomade (high shine, washes out with water), Classic Pomade (oil-based) or Shaping Wax (natural shine, strong hold).
• More volume: start with Sea Salt Spray or Texture Powder before styling.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Our grooming products are never tested on animals, and most of the range is vegan. A few products aren’t, because they contain beeswax. Our formulations are free from parabens and sulphates. Each product page shows exactly what applies to that product, along with the full ingredients.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free on orders of £20 or more (EVRI 48-hour tracked). Orders under £20 are £2.95, and next-day tracked delivery is available for £3.95. Full details are on our Delivery & Returns page.

Can I collect my order from the barbershop?

Yes. Choose free Store Pickup at checkout and collect from Swagger & Jacks, 9–10 Orford Hill, Norwich NR1 3QD. Please wait for your ‘Ready for pickup’ email before visiting, and bring your order confirmation.

How does Subscribe & Save work?

Pick the products you use regularly, choose delivery every 1, 2 or 3 months, and save 20% on every subscription order. We’ll remind you before each order. See how it works.

Can I return a product?

We accept unused, unopened items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. For hygiene reasons, grooming, shaving and skincare products can’t be returned once opened, unless they’re faulty or incorrectly supplied. Your statutory rights are not affected. See Delivery & Returns.

Can I use an e-gift voucher online?

Not at the moment. Our e-gift vouchers are redeemable at the Swagger & Jacks Barbershop & Treatment Clinic in Norwich, against eligible products and services.
