Product orders placed after 3.00pm will be despatched on the next working day and sent as a Tracked Service by Hermes (Now EVRI). Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Monday will be despatched on the Tuesday.
All Product orders shall qualify for Free Shipping and will be sent as a small parcel via Hermes (Now EVRI) on a 48 Hour Tracked Service.
Tracking details will be sent to you with the despatch of your goods and can be traced using the Hermes (Now EVRI) Tracking Service on their website.
You can also select a 24 Hour Tracked Service at a charge of £3.95

All E-Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 Months from the date of purchase and are for use in the Swagger & Jacks Barbershop to redeem against products and services.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not, we are happy to offer you a full refund.
Please return your order to us within 14 working days from purchase if it is unwanted and 30 days if any of the goods are faulty. Please return unopened, unused and in original condition. In the interests of hygiene we are unable to accept any items that have been used or with broken seals.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if your item(s) are non-saleable. It is our customers’ responsibility to cover the initial cost of a return shipment. Please ensure a tracked service is used and a tracking reference and receipt is kept for proof of purchase. We will credit any returns shipping costs back to you once the order refund is approved and processed.
