Paddy is an experienced Master Barber skilled in modern cutting, beard grooming and traditional barbering services. Outside work, he has a strong interest in football and tattoo culture.

Master Barber Manager Kieron

Kieron is an experienced Master Barber and manages the day-to-day operation of our Norwich barbering team. He is passionate about maintaining high standards across the shop and has a personal interest in health, fitness and tattoo culture.

Master Barber Rami

Rami brings a wealth of barbering experience from Mexico and Argentina and has completed the Swagger & Jacks Master Barber training programme at our Academy.

Outside the barbershop, Rami is passionate about running, football and skateboarding.

Master Barber James

James brings extensive hairdressing and barbering experience alongside advanced training with leading industry academies and brands. His specialist skills include advanced scissor work, men’s fashion hair and longer hairstyles.

Master Barber Becca

Becca has over 20 years of experience across hairdressing and barbering and holds Level 2 and 3 City & Guilds qualifications. A long-hair specialist, she combines extensive industry experience with modern barbering techniques.

Master Barber Alex

Alex brings a wealth of barbering experience to Swagger & Jacks and has completed our Master Barber training programme. He is committed to continually developing his skills and delivering consistently high standards.

Master Barber Max

Max joined Swagger & Jacks with eight years of barbering experience and has completed our Master Barber training programme. Outside the barbershop, he is passionate about the gym and bodybuilding.

Treatment Expert Nicky

Nicky has over 36 years of experience within the beauty and treatment industry, including managing the Ragdale Clinic at Michaeljohn in Mayfair. She specialises in professional men’s treatments and brings extensive experience gained working with premium skincare and beauty brands.

Treatment Expert Johnny

Johnny is a qualified prescribing pharmacist with a Level 7 qualification in aesthetic medicine and also practises in Harley Street, London. His clinical and dermatology experience enables him to provide personalised consultations tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Founder, Educator & Master Barber Mark

Mark is the founder of Swagger & Jacks, a Master Barber and qualified City & Guilds Trainer and Assessor with over 40 years of industry experience. His career began in London with leading names including Vidal Sassoon, Michaeljohn and Toni & Guy, and he continues to combine commercial barbering with professional education and training.

Co-Director Luke

Luke manages the digital, ecommerce, accounting and online side of Swagger & Jacks while working remotely from Rotterdam. A Certified Digital Marketing Professional V9, he manages our Shopify store and social platforms across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and X.

Jack has been part of Swagger & Jacks since he was a puppy and is a familiar face to many of our customers. We’re a dog-friendly barbershop, so four-legged visitors are always welcome to come and say hello.
