Swagger & Jacks was established in the heart of Norwich with a clear vision: to combine traditional barbering values with modern grooming, style and exceptional customer service.
Our name reflects that same blend of heritage and contemporary confidence. Years ago, a well-dressed, stylish gentleman might have been described as a “Jack the Lad”. Today, the modern equivalent for a man with unmistakable style is simply someone with swagger.
By bringing those two ideas together, Swagger & Jacks was born.
What started as a Norwich barbershop has since grown into a wider grooming and lifestyle brand, while the barbershop remains at the heart of everything we do.

Our Norwich barbershop remains the home of the brand and the place where much of what we do begins.
Our experienced barbering team provides professional cutting, beard grooming and traditional shaving, supported by our dedicated Treatment Clinic and Barber Academy.
It is also where our products are used, tested and recommended every day.

A SPACE TO SWITCH OFF
As members of The Lions Barber Collective, we are proud to support greater awareness around men’s mental health and suicide prevention.
Our first-floor PS5 Gaming Area was created as a relaxed space where clients can take some time out, play a game and chat with friends or members of our team.
Our barbers have completed Barber Talk training to help them recognise when someone may be struggling, ask the right questions, listen without judgement and help signpost appropriate support.

Our interests have always extended beyond barbering.
Our Norwich store brings together grooming, selected clothing and accessories, motorcycles and the wider culture that has grown around the barbershop.

Our next chapter is about growing from the foundations we have already built.
We will continue developing barber-led grooming products in Britain while taking Swagger & Jacks to a wider audience across the UK and Europe.
That includes developing relationships with selected retailers, hotels and business partners while continuing to grow our online presence.
Whatever comes next, we intend to stay close to the barbershop, the people who use our products and the principles the brand was built on.
