IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOU TO STAY SWAGGER SAFE AT OUR BARBERSHOP
To help keep our Customers and Staff safe at our Barbershop we've put together this guide so you know what to expect to help keep everyone safe.
As part of our New COVID Procedures CUSTOMERS ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A FACEMASK at all times when visiting our Barbershop.
We are able to supply Facemasks to Customers that arrive without one, at a nominal charge to help keep everyone safe.
All Customer Appointments will now be made using our Online Booking Service through our Website to ensure all necessary information is collected for the Governments Track & Trace Service .
We will no longer be taking any Customer Bookings at the Reception desk or by telephone, or accepting any walk-in appointments.
We have extended our opening hours and increased the times of all of our Appointments, to allow for cleaning the working areas between each Customers appointment so please ensure you have allowed enough time for your car parking
Customers will receive an Email Confirmation of their Booked Appointment and a text reminder the day before. The email and text will provide a link through to our website with a detailed list of PPE and social distancing bullet points together with a Video explaining the new procedures you will expect to see in the Barbershop.
These new PPE regulations require that our Customers arrive at the barbershop wearing a PPE Facemask, which should be worn in the Barbershop at all times, including during your service.
We are able to supply Facemasks to Customers that arrive without one, at a nominal charge.
Please arrive at the Barbershop at the time of your Appointment wearing your PPE Facemask. Please wait in the designated queuing areas outside the entrance, following the 2 meter social distancing indicators marked on the floor.
All Customer Appointment times have now been staggered between the Ground Floor and First Floor Barbering Team. The General Manager will check Customers in at the entrance, open the rope barriers and direct one customer per floor to enter the Barbershop as outgoing customers leave. The General Manager will then direct you to your Barbers chair to be seated and wait for your Barber to start your service
The Chesterfield Sofa waiting areas, coffee bar and Toilets will no longer be in use, with only filtered water now available on a self-service basis.
The Cloakroom has been relocated to the Front Entrance of the shop for Customers to use on a Self-Service basis. We would ask that Customers keep their bags and coats to a minimum in the Cloakroom.
Motorcycle and bicycle parking will no longer be permitted inside the Barbershop
Customers are recommended to wear PPE Facemasks for the duration of their visit. We are able to supply Facemasks to Customers that arrive without one, at a nominal charge.
Customers will be asked to use the hand sanitiser points throughout the shop upon arrival.
Please do not invite Family and Friends with you to the Barbershop as we will only be allowing Customers with appointments to come into the shop. Appointments booked for Lads Cuts (4 -14 years of age) can be accompanied with an adult for their service.
The General Manager will check you in at the front desk, and make sure your Barber is ready BEFORE directing you to the Barbers Chair.

Your Barber will prepare you for your service with your Gown, together with an additional disposable Gown to provide further protection. Your Barber will be wearing a disposable apron and gloves, which will be changed for each appointment together with his PPE Facemask and Visor.
All your Barbers tools will have been sterilised between each Customers service to ensure your health and safety at all times

When your Barber has completed your service he will take you through to the Reception Desk to pay your bill, and purchase any products.
Customers will be asked to pay by card (not cash) using our contactless payment method with the new £45 limit.
We shall no longer be taking any Customer Bookings at the Reception desk, instead all Customer Appointments will now be made using our Online Booking Service through our Website
Your Barber will direct you through to the entrance/exit to collect any belongings from the Cloakroom area where our General Manager will then open the rope barriers to allow you to exit.
In order to manage the flow of customers into and out of the Barbershop, we have staggered appointment times, and have a designated Entrance and Exit.
